Q: What is the return policy?

 A: You will have 10 days to contact us about processing a return via email (ellewolfebtq@gmail.com). We will accept returns on any unworn, undamaged, or unwashed item in exchange for store credit. Please see our Return Policy for further instruction. 

 

Q: How long before I receive my merchandise?
A: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email update with tracking numbers, any delays and updates.

 

Q: Will you be adding more size options?
A: Yes! We are waiting on new arrivals to include sizes for all body types.
